The DoPT vide its O.M. No.31011/24/2022-Estt. A-IV dated 27th December, 2022 has extended the LTC block year 2018-21 up to 31.03.2023.
Rule 10 of the CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 provides provisions to carry over of LTC:
Rule 18 of the CCS (LTC) Rules, 1988 provides the powers to relax the LTC rules to the Ministries/ Departments subject to DoPT’s concurrence.
